Useful information you need to know
The prices given above are subject to an additional local tax of €1.35 per person per day. Children under 14 years old are not subject to the charge.
The prices quoted are valid for a minimum stay of 3 days. Please enquire if you intend to stay with us for a shorter period.
The apartments are generally available for check-in from 4pm and should be vacated on the day of check-out by 10am at the latest. We kindly ask that guests pay for their stay in cash on the day before their departure.
Reservations are taken in writing and are considered binding as soon as the agreed deposit has been received. Bank details for deposit payments: IBAN IT38Q0803559040000305010438. Deposits will not be reimbursed in the event of cancellation by the guest(s); however, a credit note for a future stay will be issued.
In the event of delayed or late arrival or early departure, the full price of the booking will be charged.
